Andrea has over 20 years Sales and Recruitment experience. Graduating in English (with French) she started her field sales career in her early 20s with an Engineering Product Manufacturer. Following a European distribution management role, she went on to work for a large specialist sales recruiter for over 10 years where she managed won and managed large national account contracts.

Chris started in Sales Recruitment after completing his Business Studies Degree. He worked up until the end of 2007 when he decided to leave Blighty and head for fame and fortune (and more Sun) in Sydney. After three years overseas he returned to the UK and worked for the world’s largest logistics company in a Field Sales Business Development and Account Management role. Following Hunter Hughes being established Chris decided to move back into Recruitment with Andrea who he had previously worked successfully with. Chris lives with his partner Kirsty in Kent where they benefit from the microclimate (apparently!)

Sarah has over 15 years sales and recruitment experience, progressing through Account Management, Business Development, Consultancy and Management. She has worked in Technical and Commercial markets and has worked on roles from Graduate to Director level. Sarah has two daughters Penny and Hetty. When Sarah isn’t working or looking after her kids she likes to jog on the beach and drink wine.

Kirsty started in recruitment following a successful career in Retail Management. She works predominantly on B2B sales positions within the commercial sector and supports both Andrea and Paul finding suitable candidates for their roles. In her spare time Kirsty likes to shop and explore the coastline close to where she is based in Kent.
